CURATION
Just as each artwork has its hidden values, CAFE A’s menu also uses ingredients from valuable brands. CAFE A uses ingredients from BUNKER COMPANY, a company that constantly explores the novice but strictly maintains quality, TEA COLLECTIVE, a tea brand that meticulously crafts all ingredients in Korea, and TREE TO BAR, which imports cacao directly and uses no additives, preservatives, or coloring.
